I'm sure this will go unnoticed since I've been MIA for quite some time, but I'm going to try and come back and do some more artwork.  My free time has mainly been eaten up by work and WoW but I was laid off in January and started schooling online with Full Sail University, going to work on a Bachelor's degree in Web Design & Development.  I'm not entirely convinced this is the direction I should go so I suppose I should see if I will still have time to change my major if I feel the need to.  I think I can since the first 4 months is for general stuff that encompasses almost all degrees available at Full Sail, so we will see.  So basically now I'm doing school and WoW but I need to find time to do artwork too because it's really wearing me down that I haven't done much of anything at all.

I bought a Wacom Intuos 4 tablet from a friend of mine so I'm excited to start using that sucker.  I've been using The Gimp for my old digital stuff (that I think I took down) but I'm doing a trial for Sketchbook Pro so I think I'll be using that one as well.  I can't afford Photoshop, though that will be coming with a laptop we get after four months into enrollment at Full Sail, a Macbook Pro, so that will be interesting.  My experience has been with Microsoft thus far so I'm going to have to basically relearn to use a computer :\  I'm excited about getting a new laptop though since I got rid of mine over a year ago.  I hadn't used it for over a year so sold it, then regretted it because I wanted to use it all of a sudden (go figure).

That is all for now.  I'm not sure when this will get to be more active, I'm also hoping I can get my name changed too.  If not, I guess I'll have to make a new account.  Won't that be fun...

I haven't done any artwork in a long time, mostly because I've been writing my ass off lol.  Between work and that I don't really have enough time for anything else.  I kind of want to create something though that's not another damned banner.  I made some more for LJ journals but I haven't posted them.  'Cause I'm lazy like that

I got myself a tablet...but no, not a Wacom.  I'm too cheap for one of those.  I got myself a Genius Mousepen.  It was $44 on Amazon.com and is really quite nice...so far.  I've only done it to do a manip or two, well I guess I did a quick drawing but nothing spectacular.  I've got a couple linearts I can scan in and muck around with, maybe I'll do that one of these days.

My CD came today!!!! *dances* It's signed by Voltaire (and personalized with my name on it) and the case is totaled, damn. I'm going to gripe at him lol. Cases are easy to replace though so I'm good. Obviously I'm listening to it right now and probably will be for at least a week Sad thing there's only 2 songs on here I haven't heard before, hehe. But that's okay, I got his autograph
